This week at Empire Elementary, we celebrated Mental Health Awareness Week! Throughout the week, students took part in activities like drawing their emotions, hugging a teddy bear, or simply doing something they love. These activities, sponsored by Stanislaus County BHRS and Sierra Vista Hughson Family Resource Center, reminds us that community support is just a stone's throw away. Remember, when we feel good, we're more ready to learn and grow!
